Our designs are typically used in 3 ways.
1. Before a planning application is submitted so you can visualise how everything will look based on the plans and make sure you are happy with the details.
2. Alongside architect drawings to support a planning application.
3. After planning has been granted and the work has started so you can decide on some of the specific details, such as window colours and material finishes, and potentially avoid some costly mistakes.
